January
January marks the official start of the "eCoTwinning friends" project, focusing on foundational collaboration and the beginning of the mascot's journey across Europe
1. Collaborative Brainstorming: Students participate in a session titled "What does it mean to take care of the planet?" using tools like Mentimeter or AnswerGarden to create a shared word cloud.
2.Defining Project Rules: Schools suggest rules for collaboration (such as respect, sustainability, and digital safety) in the TwinSpace forum, which are then compiled into a Collaborative Poster.
3. Collaborative Logo Creation: Each school designs a unique element (a symbol, shape, or color) that is combined with others to form a single project logo representing unity and cooperation.
4.Traveling Mascot & Eco Notebook : The first school in Spain creates the handmade mascot using recycled materials and makes the first entry in the Traveling Eco Notebook. The mascot and notebook are shipped from Spain to Poland at the end of January.

February
The activities for February focus on the continuation of the "Traveling Mascot and Eco Notebook" journey
1. The school in Poland completes its hosting period. Students document their time with the mascot by adding photos, stories about their school's ecological habits, or drawings to the Eco Notebookand they ship it to Croatia.
2.The Croatian school takes over as the host, studentsInteract with the handmade mascot and add their own creative touch or modification to it, they write "eco-wishes" and reflections on environmental protection in the shared notebook. The mascot and notebook are sent on their way to the next destination in Turkey.
3.Collaborative Logo Creation, each participating school contributes to the design of a shared project logo by creating a unique element (such as a color scheme, symbol, shape, or word) that represents their contribution to the project theme. Once all individual elements are completed, they are combined to form a single collaborative logo that symbolizes unity and cooperation among all schools.
4.Collaborative Poster with the Project Rules, created and designed by all partner schools.

March
1. The school in Turkey acts as the host for the handmade mascot and the Eco Notebook. During this time, students add their own creative touch to the mascot and work on the Econotebook.
The materials are shipped from Turkey to the next partner school in Greece.
2. The school in Greece takes over the hosting duties. Like the previous partners, they engage in hands-on discovery and document their local ecological habits and reflections in the shared notebook.
At the end of the month, the mascot and notebook begin their journey to Italy for the final stage of the exchange.
3.Comparing Our Carbon Footprints: Students from all partner countries will work collaboratively to explore and compare their environmental impact. Each class will use a simple carbon footprint calculator or questionnaire to measure their footprint in several everyday categories, such as transportation, energy use, recycling, water consumption, and food habits. After collecting the data, all countries will upload their results to a European Carbon Footprint Map including graphs, eco-quotes, and awareness messages.
4. The Green Poem: Students from all partner countries will work together to create a collaborative poem about ecology and caring for the Earth. Each class will write some verses expressing their feelings, ideas, or commitments to protect nature.

April
1.The school in Italy hosts the traveling mascot and the Eco Notebook. Students complete the final entry by adding photos, stories about their sustainable habits, and personal reflections on environmental protection. At the end of April the mascot and notebook are shipped back to the founding school in Spain, completing their journey across Europe.
2.“European Green Tips Video” Students from all partner countries work together to create a collaborative video with simple ecological tips.This international video shows concrete actions students can take to protect the environment and demonstrates real cooperation among schools.
